The journey begins with a single question: Does every detail serve a purpose? From that question came a new philosophy—one that rethinks how homes are designed, owned, maintained, and experienced.
2026 — The Design
Design refinement, engineering, manufacturing and technical partnerships, system integration, material research, prototype development, and preparation to secure land for the model home
2027 — The Reveal
Construction of the first Autara model home and the first opportunity to experience the philosophy in person.
2028 — The Community
The goal of pursuing larger-scale development and introducing the first community expression of the Autara ownership model.The goal of creating the first Autara community while making homeownership more attainable for younger Americans.
The Future — The Evolution
Great design is never truly finished. Autara will continue to learn, refine, and improve as technology, materials, and homeowner needs evolve.
